AI Zombie Trend Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to aizombietrend.net and the AI Zombie Trend video generation service. AI Zombie Trend is a brand operated by Jingxuan Li, an individual business operator based in China. "AI Zombie Trend," "we," "us," and "our" refer to that operator. "You" refers to the person accessing or using the service. By checking the consent box, making a purchase or submitting a generation request, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, and you acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using the AI Zombie Trend service
The AI Zombie Trend service uses two uploaded portraits as character-identity references for a fixed, non-gory zombie-reunion story. Photo A guides the zombie character and Photo B guides the survivor. The generation provider creates new footage while following the built-in story beats, pacing, atmosphere and ending. Optional instructions may guide appearance or visual finishing, but requests that conflict with the fixed story may be ignored.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract. You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
Accounts and sign-in
You may sign in with a verified Google account or a one-time code sent to your email address. You must provide an address you control, keep access to that Google or email account secure, and promptly notify us if you believe someone has accessed your AI Zombie Trend account without permission. You may not share, sell or transfer access to a paid generation balance. You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated session unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Your photos and permissions
AI Zombie Trend accepts only content that you own or are authorized to use. You represent that every identifiable person shown in an upload has consented to the photo's use for this AI-generated video. You must not upload photos of minors. You must not upload confidential photographs, medical images, intimate images, government identification, payment cards or material that exposes another person's private information.
You retain your rights in uploaded content. You grant us and our technical providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, resize, process and generate from that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the service. This license ends when processing and applicable retention obligations end, except for records we must retain by law.
Responsible and prohibited use
You must follow the complete AI Zombie Trend Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use AI Zombie Trend to create or distribute any of the following six prohibited categories:
- Pornography or NSFW content, including nudity, sexual activity, non-consensual intimate imagery, nudification or sexually exploitative material;
- Violence or gore, including graphic injury, blood, torture, executions, cruelty, realistic attacks or glorification of serious harm;
- Hate speech that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens or incites discrimination or violence against a protected group;
- Child-unsafe content or CSAM, including sexual, exploitative, abusive, grooming or otherwise unsafe depictions of minors, whether real, fictional, altered or AI-generated;
- Deepfakes or impersonation of real people, including deceptive or non-consensual synthetic depictions, fabricated actions or statements, false endorsements, identity fraud, public-figure impersonation or presenting an AI-generated video as authentic footage of a real event; and
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized protected footage, characters, music, logos, trade dress or material that falsely implies sponsorship or affiliation.
You also may not upload or use a person's photo without explicit permission; upload photos of children, celebrities, public figures or political figures; deceive or defraud anyone; spread misinformation; misrepresent evidence; interfere with an election; introduce malware; reuse a paid entitlement; or hack, probe, overload, scrape, bypass controls or reverse engineer the website, APIs, prompts or private service components.
Content moderation, reports and enforcement
AI Zombie Trend applies server-side input validation, a fixed non-graphic story prompt, consent and no-minors declarations and bounded optional instructions. SeeAPI reviews submitted images, while Waffo Pancake scans optional text instructions before generation; only an allow verdict permits the request to proceed. KIE's NSFW checker is enabled for Seedance 2.0 Mini and the provider may apply additional safety checks. AI Zombie Trend does not independently scan completed videos while output review is disabled. Suspected unlawful, pornographic, violent or third-party-rights-infringing input may be blocked, and credible reports about delivered results are reviewed manually. Automated and provider review can produce false positives or false negatives. The service does not provide a public user gallery, and delivered videos remain subject to these Terms.
Report prohibited content, impersonation, misuse of your image or infringement to support@aizombietrend.net with the subject “Safety Report — AI Zombie Trend.” Include the result URL, purchase ID or task ID when available and a short explanation, but do not send passwords, full card details, government identification or unnecessary private images. Critical child-safety, credible-harm and terrorism reports are prioritized; we aim to acknowledge other reports within two to three business days.
Depending on severity and recurrence, we may refuse a request, remove or disable access to retained content, invalidate unused generation entitlements connected to abuse, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, block repeated abusive activity, preserve required records, notify service providers or rights holders and report suspected crimes to competent authorities. The Acceptable Use Policy explains the review workflow, reporting principles, enforcement ladder and appeal channel in detail.
AI Zombie Trend generated results
AI Zombie Trend results are probabilistic. The service generates new footage from two identity references and a fixed story prompt; it does not perform deterministic face replacement. A result may contain identity drift, visual artifacts, incorrect anatomy, unexpected objects, altered details or imperfect continuity. Examples on the site illustrate a creative format and do not guarantee a particular result.
You are responsible for reviewing the completed video before sharing it. You must comply with applicable disclosure rules and platform policies for synthetic or AI-generated media. You are also responsible for confirming that your publication does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other rights.
One-time payment
AI Zombie Trend offers a US $9.90 single-generation purchase and a US $19.90 three-generation pack for the current 12-second 720p HD story. Both are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Applicable taxes, currency conversion or legally required charges may be added or displayed during checkout. The checkout page provides the final amount and selected product before you authorize payment.
PayPal processes the payment transaction. Payment credentials are entered into PayPal's interface and handled by PayPal and its payment partners; full card numbers and card security codes do not pass through or remain on our servers. PayPal's user agreement and privacy statement separately govern its payment processing, fraud controls, disputes and transaction records. Review the PayPal User Agreement and PayPal Privacy Statement before purchasing.
AI Zombie Trend generation entitlement, failures and support
A verified successful payment unlocks the number of AI Zombie Trend generations stated for the selected product. Uploaded portraits and optional instructions are reviewed before a generation is claimed. If an input does not pass that review, the request is rejected without reducing the displayed balance. One generation is claimed only after the inputs pass and our system submits a request to the generation provider. If the provider rejects the request before accepting a task, the system is designed to restore that generation so you can correct the input and retry. Once the provider accepts a task, another AI Zombie Trend generation from the same purchase cannot be started until the running task reaches a final status.
While AI Zombie Trend's independent output-video review is disabled, a provider-completed result proceeds directly to private delivery. KIE or Seedance 2.0 Mini may still reject a task or result under their own safety systems. You must review the completed video before downloading, publishing or sharing it and must promptly report prohibited or unlawful content to support@aizombietrend.net.
A task may later fail because of provider capacity, safety review, unsuitable input or a technical error. If the provider accepts a task but the task ultimately fails, we restore one replacement generation automatically. If that replacement task is accepted and also ultimately fails, contact support for a refund review. The remaining-generation display on the generator shows whether a paid or restored generation is currently available.
Refunds
You may request a refund within seven days after payment if you have not submitted a generation task. A duplicate charge or an incorrect charge is eligible for a full refund. If the model never accepts a submitted task, the system restores that generation entitlement instead of consuming it. If an accepted task ultimately fails, we provide one replacement generation; if the accepted replacement also fails and no video can be delivered, we will refund the purchase.
A successfully delivered video is generally not refundable solely because its creative quality, facial similarity or style does not meet a subjective expectation. This rule does not limit any refund or consumer right that applicable law requires. Email support with the account email and available purchase or task identifier. We aim to respond within two to three business days. Approved refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method. Timing after approval may depend on PayPal, its payment partners and your financial institution. The complete rules appear in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Downloads and storage
Completed results are shown on the result page and, when delivery succeeds, sent as a private download link to the checkout email. We retain our private copy for seven days from archiving and then schedule it for deletion. During that window, support may locate the delivery by purchase ID or checkout email and reissue the link. We do not promise permanent hosting, a customer media library, backup or restoration after the seven-day period. You are responsible for downloading and storing the MP4 securely before the link expires.
Intellectual property
The website design, brand, software, fixed prompts and original written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or permission to copy, resell or create a competing service from protected components. Your rights in a generated result depend on applicable law, your rights in the input content and the terms of the generation providers. We do not warrant that a result is exclusive or eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction.
Third-party services
AI Zombie Trend depends on Vercel, Supabase, SeeAPI, Resend, Google sign-in, KIE, Seedance 2.0 Mini, Waffo Pancake, PayPal and their infrastructure or payment partners. SeeAPI performs automated image moderation, Waffo Pancake performs optional-text prompt screening, and PayPal processes payments. KIE and Seedance 2.0 Mini may apply their own request and result safety controls. Third-party outages, policy changes, model updates or account restrictions may affect availability. Links to third-party sites are provided for transparency and convenience; their services and content are governed by their own terms.
Availability and changes
AI Zombie Trend may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, template, price or provider integration. Generation may take longer during high demand and may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific completion time, a specific degree of facial similarity or compatibility with every photo.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties that can legally be disclaimed, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not responsible for harm caused by your unauthorized upload, misleading publication, failure to secure a downloaded file or violation of another person's rights.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a paid generation will not exceed the amount you paid for the generation that gave rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
We may block or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, attempted fraud, endangered another person, abused the service or created legal or security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment records, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers and responsibility for prior use—will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service, providers or legal requirements change. The version and effective date at the top identify the current text. For a material change, we will post a prominent notice on aizombietrend.net at least 15 days before the new version takes effect unless an urgent legal or security reason requires faster action. Earlier versions are retained for our compliance records. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
